Refund and Return Policy*

At OM IMPORTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

*1. Returns:*
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include any accessories or free gifts that came with the product.

*2. Refunds:*
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed.

*3. Exchanges:*
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

*4. Return Shipping:*
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*5. Damaged or Defective Items:*
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

*6. Non-Returnable Items:*
Certain items cannot be returned please check while check-out.
